The following story I copied from http://www.examiner.com
'Back in 1991, a kidnapping was reported. Jaycee Lee Dugard was just 11-years-old when her stepfather watched her being taken from the bus stop. According to a report on MSNBC, he tried to chase the car down that was driven by the people who stole her away, but he was unable to make chase as he said he lacked the energy. He called out to a neighbor to call 9-1-1.In a strange turn of events, Jaycee turned up at a police station in Sacramento, California, along with a convicted sex offender and his wife on Thursday. The sex offender, 58-year-old Phillip Garrido, was seen Wednesday on the University of California Berkeley campus with two small children. He was asked to come to the police station for questioning. When he showed up at the station, he had the two children with him as well as his wife and Jaycee. After what has been described as "'diligent questioning and follow-up by the parolee's agent of record,'" Garrido revealed the kidnapping of Jaycee all those years ago. However, with all their diligence, it is not clear at this time who the two small children belong to. (Update, the two children are reportedly Jaycee's and were fathered by Garrido.)According to the report, "Garrido and his wife were arrested for investigation of kidnapping and conspiracy. They were being held in El Dorado County in lieu of $1 million bail each. Phillip Garrido is also being held for investigation of rape by force, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and sexual penetration."Jaycee was reunited with her mother, who feared she was dead for so many years, on Thursday. She reportedly, "for 10 years after the crime... would take a week off work at Christmas and on the anniversary of the abduction and spend the time crying at home."Jaycees stepfather, 60-year-old Carl Probyn, was relieved for a number of reasons. He said he was a suspect in the kidnapping up until yesterday. He said, "'It broke my marriage up. I've gone through hell, I mean I'm a suspect up until yesterday. I'm the last person to see her.'"It is not clear at this time what happened to Jaycee over the last 18 years, but in time, perhaps, it will all come out. For now, Jaycee and her family can rejoice in the fact that they have been reunited.'
Why are Garrido and his wife still alive? They have no entitlement to still be living. They show up and admit their guilt. Instant dead penalty. That is what should happen. The lax system of justice is ridiculous and is degrading the human race. This is why pieces of shit like the couple above have no fear of consequences and feel free to act out what ever sub-human fantasies they have in reality. Its like placing a child in time out...it only works if it fits the negative action and sooner or later it will stop working. Robbers, car jackers, people who kill unmediated or accidentally can serve out live sentences. Not people like the above, they should be sentenced to death immediately. No appeals. No deals. No wasting of tax payers money on food, shelter, clothing and entertainment for the next ten to twenty years while they wait on death roll. NOW. Sum up the investigation and kill them. Child molesters do not change. I could care less what you need to get your rocks off, think about it and bang a whore or masturbate. The selfish act of rape is unforgivable. So you like to cut up people and feed them to dogs....so you get caught and sit on death roll for years. Out of site out of mind! How about each tax payer be assigned a death row prisoner to help pay for....after signing a few personal checks to keep mr. i like to fuck dead people, comfortable I believe the average person would be against them living out their shitty lives at our expense. The problems is no one is in touch with the evil that the kinds of people inflict....we read about it....we see it on tv and in movies...it makes up mad but soon that fades into a distant memory. Stand up and do something people! Stop complaining and shout to be heard to those that we voted into positions to enact legislation you believe in. They will listen. Brandon and I call senators and Representatives all the time. It only takes small amount of your time. You think you are the only one that will be calling but you will not be.
